At Christopher & Banks, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal, then affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
