How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please include your packing slip to ensure a smooth refund process.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Christopher & Banks ships to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We do not offer direct international shipping at this time.
How do I determine my correct size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page, featuring measurements for Missy, Petite, and Plus sizes to help you find the perfect fit.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations, but you may return the items once they arrive.
